Tommy Gutierrez co-founded GTI Facilities after more than 15 years in law enforcement, where he built a reputation for accountability, attention to detail, and operating in high-standard professional environments. Throughout his career, he developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills—working in settings where consistency, discretion, and trust are critical. Motivated to apply those same principles outside of law enforcement, he co-founded GTI to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services for professional spaces. Today, GTI Facilities is built on the same core values that guided his career: discipline, integrity, and results.

Co. Founder
Geoff Wallis founded GSW Facilities in 2016, building the company from the ground up after acquiring and steadily expanding a small housekeeping operation. With over a decade of experience in hospitality management and now another decade In the cleaning industry, Geoff developed a deep understanding of customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence, helping GSW grow into a trusted and respected brand across Australia. In 2025, Geoff partnered with Tommy Gutierrez to co-found GTI Facilities USA, bringing the same proven systems, high standards, and people-first approach to Orange County. This expansion reflects a shared vision to build meaningful local partnerships while delivering the same level of care, consistency, and professionalism that has defined GSW’s success.
The Story Behind GTI
Geoff, the owner of GSW Facilities in Australia, was visiting California with his family when a chance encounter set everything in motion. Tommy, a California police officer of 15 years, had stopped by the Hyatt to follow up on a matter just as their families were checking in. A few minutes earlier or later and their paths may never have crossed. What began as a brief conversation quickly grew into something more meaningful — their families connected, time was shared, and a genuine friendship formed that would ultimately shape the future of a commercial cleaning partnership spanning continents.
A few days after Geoff returned home, he called with an idea: to build a world‑class commercial cleaning and facility services company in Orange County, grounded in proven industry experience, shared values, and a commitment to quality you can trust. That idea became GTI Facilities — Geoff and Tommy combining international expertise from GSW Facilities Australia (established 2016) with local knowledge and relationships in the Orange County business community.
Today, GTI Facilities delivers professional commercial cleaning services across Orange County with the same authenticity, reliability, and family‑driven integrity that founded the partnership — helping offices, hospitality venues, gyms, and retail spaces maintain clean, healthy, and welcoming environment.
